For CalciOSS surface treatment BCP (Biphasic Calcium Phospate) bioceramics, consists of hydroxyapatite (HA) and ß-TCP (beta-tricalcium phosphate), is used. BCP comes in the form of abrasive particles and blasted by hi-tech robotic micro-blasting machine to obtain a biocompatible surface with ideal RA.
